| This project involved the design, procurement, and execution of all primary and secondary electrical systems for the Vosoogh Residential Complex located on Sheikh Mofid Boulevard. The scope of work included the installation and cabling of the Main Distribution Board (MDB) and Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDBs) for units, implementation of general and safety lighting systems for the yard, parking, and staircases, deployment of a grounding network and surge protection system (SPD), and specialized electrification for elevators, water pumps, and the central air handling unit. The goal was to provide stable, reliable power in compliance with national building codes (Section 13) and enhance the safety and comfort of residents. The project was successfully completed in May 2025. |
